These sessions are all about bringing the outside in for the residents, so they can enjoy the sights, smells and textures of the seasons even when they’re not getting outdoors. Think summer sessions with rose petals, autumn with acorns, winter with evergreens and bare twigs, and spring bringing snowdrops, catkins and daffodils. The care homes fund these sessions, making them free for pre-schoolers to join us, and it really brightens hearts and minds to have the energy of little ones taking part.
